Welcome to Tanzania. Your Safari guide will be waiting to meet you on arrival at the airport. After a short briefing, you will then drive to your Five star hotel for your first evening in Arusha.

After a wholesome breakfast, your day will start with a short briefing and safety from your guide. Once the formalities are completed, you will head towards Tarangire National Park.
On arrival at Tarangire, take your camera and start to photograph the many thousands of Nature’s beauty found in this National Park, Enjoy your Game drive, our safari guide will assist you all time. This park is dominated by the perennial Tarangire River and is characteristically known for its giant baobab trees and its large elephant herds. In fact, it has the largest population of any park in northern Tanzania. These gentle giants abound in excess of 3,000. We will depart Tarangire in the late afternoon and return to Arusha where your safari concludes.

Today we descend into the world famous Ngorongoro Crater ‘Africa’s Eden’ and the ‘8th Natural Wonder of the World’. The rich pasture and permanent water of the Crater floor supports a resident population of close to 30,000 animals. Since most of the Crater floor is grassland the predominant grazing animals are gnu, zebra, gazelle, buffalo, eland and kongoni. Within the crater rim expect to see large herds of zebra and wildebeest graze nearby while sleeping lions laze in the sun. At dawn. the endangered black rhino returns to the thick cover of the crater forests after grazing on dew-laden grass in the morning mist. We ascend the crater in the early evening and make our way to the hotel for a rest and prepare for tomorrow’s game drive in Ngorongoro.

After breakfast you will head towards Serengeti National Park, stopping along the way at a Maasai village before heading to Serengeti National Park for an afternoon of game viewing in the central Serengeti. The Serengeti is unequalled for its beauty and scientific value and has come to symbolises the classic African Safari. With more than 2 million wildebeest, 500,000 Thomson’s gazelle, and 250,000 zebra, it has the largest concentration of plains game animals in Africa.

Rise at dawn to enjoy a early morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park. At sunrise you may encounter animals grazing in the beautiful light of sunrise and predators may still be busy hunting before retiring to rest for the day. Sunrise on the Serengeti is not to be missed and extraordinary photographic opportunities will abound at this magical time of day. You have the option to return to the camp for a hot lunch or to opt for a packed lunch which can be enjoyed at one of the various picnic sites found in the Serengeti. After lunch you will continue on a game drive.

Spend the early morning game viewing in the Serengeti, returning to camp mid morning to enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, enjoy a game drive en-route through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Just after lunch we descend 600 metres into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for an afternoon game drive. A breathtaking natural wonder the crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Another big draw card to this picturesque conservation Area is the Ngorongoro Crater is one of the few places left in East Africa that you can see the BIG 5 all in one park. Ascend the crater in the late afternoon and depart for your accommodation.
